We will ship either USPS or UPS.  You can choose the method you prefer.   We do not charge extra for handling and packing.  If the shipping cost that is calculated here seems to be incorrect, please contact us.  The calculator used here is not always accurate.  We only charge the actual UPS or USPS rates.  I am sorry for this inconvenience.  It will be remedied in the future.
